What is the Review App?

The Review App gives you a dedicated space to showcase social proof from satisfied customers, clients, or followers. Testimonials are one of the most powerful conversion tools available, and displaying them directly on your UniLink page means visitors see positive feedback the moment they arrive. It is especially valuable for coaches, consultants, e-commerce sellers, and service businesses.

How to Enable the Review App

1. Log in to UniLink Dashboard
2. Go to the Apps section
3. Find Review and click Enable
4. Add your reviews manually or connect a review source in the settings panel

Features and Configuration

• Star Ratings — Display 1 to 5 star ratings alongside each review to communicate overall satisfaction at a glance
• Reviewer Name and Avatar — Add the reviewer's name and photo to make testimonials feel authentic and credible
• Carousel Display — Show multiple reviews in a sliding carousel that keeps your page compact while showcasing volume
• Custom Review Source Label — Note where the review came from, such as Google, Trustpilot, or a direct client quote
• Average Rating Summary — Display an aggregate star rating at the top of the section to immediately communicate your reputation
• Drag-and-Drop Ordering — Pin your strongest testimonials to the top of the list for maximum impact

Best Practices

• Feature reviews that mention specific results or outcomes — vague praise is less convincing than concrete success stories
• Refresh your reviews regularly by adding new testimonials as you receive them to keep the section feeling current
