How to Use the Timetable App on UniLink

The Timetable App on UniLink lets you display a weekly or recurring schedule of classes, sessions, or activities so your audience can see when you are available and book their spot.

What is the Timetable App?

The Timetable App is designed for fitness instructors, music teachers, yoga coaches, tutors, and any professional who runs recurring classes or sessions on a fixed weekly schedule. Instead of listing each session individually, you build one master timetable that repeats every week, making it easy for clients to see your full schedule and enroll in the sessions that fit their calendar.

How to Enable the Timetable App

1. Log in to UniLink Dashboard
2. Go to Apps section
3. Select Timetable and click Enable
4. Add your recurring sessions with days, times, and capacity settings

Features and Configuration

• Weekly Recurring Schedule — Set up sessions that repeat automatically every week without needing to recreate them.
• Per-Session Capacity — Limit the number of spots in each class so it never gets overbooked.
• Online or In-Person Labels — Indicate whether each session is virtual or at a physical location.
• Per-Session Pricing — Charge differently for various class types, such as group versus private sessions.
