How to Use the Appointment Block on UniLink

The Appointment block is a UniLink block that allows you to let visitors schedule bookings and consultations directly from your page.

What is the Appointment Block?

The Appointment block removes the friction of back-and-forth scheduling by embedding a booking interface right on your UniLink page. Visitors can see your available time slots, choose a time that works for them, and confirm an appointment without ever leaving your link-in-bio. This block is a must-have for coaches, consultants, therapists, personal trainers, photographers, and any professional who relies on appointments as a core part of their business.

How to Add the Appointment Block to Your Page

1. Log in to your UniLink Dashboard
2. Select the page to edit
3. Click Add Block (+)
4. Find and select Appointment

How to Configure the Appointment Block

• Service Name — Describe the type of appointment being booked, such as Strategy Call, Photography Session, or Personal Training.
• Duration — Set how long each appointment lasts so visitors know what to expect and your calendar blocks the right amount of time.
• Booking Link — Connect your Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, or any other scheduling tool URL so the booking logic is handled by your existing system.
• Description — Briefly explain what the visitor will get out of the session to encourage them to book.
• Price or Free — Indicate whether the appointment is paid or complimentary, and link to a payment step if needed.
• Button Label — Customize the call-to-action, for example Book a Free Call, Schedule Now, or Reserve Your Spot.

Best Practices

• Keep your service description short and outcome-focused — tell the visitor what they will leave the session with, not just what you will discuss.
• If you offer multiple appointment types, add a separate Appointment block for each so visitors can choose the right option for them.
• Pair the Appointment block with a testimonials block above it to build trust before visitors commit to booking.
