How to Use the Review Block on UniLink

The Review block is a UniLink block that displays customer testimonials or user reviews directly on your page to build social proof and increase trust with new visitors.

What is the Review Block?

The Review block lets you embed real feedback from your customers, students, or followers right on your UniLink page. Social proof is one of the most powerful drivers of conversion. When potential buyers see that others have had a positive experience with your product or service, they are far more likely to take action. The Review block is ideal for coaches, course creators, product sellers, and service providers who want to showcase credibility without sending visitors away to a separate testimonials page.

How to Add the Review Block

1. Log in to your UniLink Dashboard
2. Open your page editor
3. Click Add Block (+)
4. Select Review

Configuration Options

• Reviewer Name - Display the name of the person leaving the review for authenticity.
• Reviewer Photo - Add an avatar or photo of the reviewer to make testimonials feel more real.
• Review Text - Paste or type the testimonial content, keeping it focused and specific.
• Star Rating - Show a visual star rating (1 to 5) alongside the review text.
• Reviewer Title or Handle - Include the reviewer job title, social handle, or location for additional credibility.
• Layout Style - Choose between a card-style layout or a simple quote format.

Best Practices

• Feature reviews that mention a specific result or outcome, such as doubled sales, rather than vague praise.
• Use real names and photos whenever possible, as anonymous reviews carry far less credibility.
• Display three to five reviews rather than just one to show consistent positive feedback.
• Place the Review block near a product link or CTA button so social proof appears right before visitors are asked to act.
