The Video Feedback Block removes the friction of collecting video testimonials by letting visitors record directly from their camera within your UniLink page — no apps, no file uploads, no back-and-forth emails required. You receive authentic, on-camera feedback that is far more persuasive than text alone. It is an invaluable tool for coaches, course creators, SaaS founders, and e-commerce brands who want to build a library of real customer video testimonials.

How to Add the Video Feedback Block

1. Log in to your UniLink Dashboard
2. Open your page editor
3. Click Add Block (+)
4. Select Video Feedback

Configuration Options

• Prompt Text — Write the question or prompt visitors see before recording (e.g., "How did our course change your business?")
• Max Recording Length — Set a time limit for submissions (e.g., 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes)
